Biography

Dan Wallace joined the Company in April 2019 as Vice President, Vehicle Seating and was named Vice President, Customer Experience in November 2020. In November 2025, Mr. Wallace was named Vice President, Sales Enablement as his role expanded to include a deeper partnership with the sales organization to improve processes, tools, and capabilities that drive selling efficiency and effectiveness. He has more than two decades of experience in the furniture industry, including successive leadership roles in sales, sales development, and customer service.

Prior to Flexsteel, Mr. Wallace spent 21 years at The HON Company business unit of HNI Corporation, most recently as Vice President of Central, Southeast and Canada. Prior to that, he held multiple sales leadership roles throughout his tenure while driving successful customer experience and enhanced loyalty initiatives.

Mr. Wallace is a graduate of The University of Iowa with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing.
